There is a first visit so that you can be more relaxed and also so that you can see the interaction between your animal and the person who will be responsible. All visits also include photos, videos and feedback on how your animal is doing, so you feel as calm as possible.

It depends. In exceptional situations, we may do so. However, we only have capacity for one small to medium-sized canine and it will need to be social with other animals as they would have contact with our dog (Lulu) and our kitten (Karma).

When scheduling a service you will be asked to pay 30% to guarantee the reservation. The remainder will be paid at the end of the Service.

No, the deposit amount may be deducted from the next reservation. As long as it does not exceed a period of 3 months.
